Talent exists in every community. Access to opportunity does not.
A young person in a small town may be just as capable as one in a major city, but the schools, mentors, technology and networks available to them can be very different. The Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi Foundation (KIAF) was created to narrow that gap.
What we invest in
KIAF invests in people, ideas and initiatives that expand access to education, skills, technology, livelihoods, health and community development. Our work is organised around five areas:
- Human Capital: education, skills, youth and leadership
- Opportunity & Livelihoods: entrepreneurship, employability and enterprise
- Wellbeing & Community: health, social wellbeing and community development
- Knowledge & Innovation: technology education, research and forward-looking thinking
- Waqf & Social Investment: giving that creates lasting assets

Designed around outcomes
Our work is designed around practical outcomes: what people learn, what opportunities they gain, what changes in their lives and what can be sustained over time. We will report our impact through verified data and documented stories, tracking not only what we do but what changes because of it.
A person’s starting point should not define their destination.
If you share that belief, there are many ways to be part of this work. Find out how to get involved.
