About KIAF

Opportunity should not depend on where you start.

Talent exists in every community, but access to opportunity is not equally distributed. KIAF works to narrow that gap.

The Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi Foundation (KIAF) invests in people, ideas and initiatives that expand access to education, skills, technology, livelihoods, health and community development.

Inspired by the journey of its founder, Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, KIAF focuses on one fundamental question: how can opportunity change the trajectory of a person, a community and a generation?

We support programmes that help people acquire knowledge and skills, access technology, develop livelihoods, improve their wellbeing and participate more fully in the economy and society.

Our work brings together education, human capital development, technology, entrepreneurship, health, social investment and knowledge to create practical pathways for people to participate, contribute and thrive.

Our work is designed around practical outcomes: what people learn, what opportunities they gain, what changes in their lives and what can be sustained over time.
